  A cow is a very useful animal.
It gives us milk.
   A cow is a very quiet creature.
Sometimes it is frightened . Then
it begins to run . It is dangerous .
   A cow moos . The male a bull.
A baby cow is a calf.

      A dog is a tame animal.
It is man's friend. It guards his
House. It barks at strangers. It
can be learn tricks. It likes to
bite a bone
       It does work for man. It
takes care of cattle. It finds out
thieves. It guides the blind.
    There are many kinds of dogs
such as watch-dogs, sheep-dogs,
fox-hounds. A baby dog is called
a pup or puppy.

      A cat is a tame animal. 
  It lives among us. It has soft fur.
It is of different colours. It mews
     It loves to sit on a mat. It licks
Paws. It is fond of milk.
     Baby cats are kittens. They
are pretty. They are playful.
Cats often fight. Their cries are
frarful. A cat is called "Pussy".

    A horse is a common animal.
It is strong. It is swift. We ride it.
It pulls carriages. Horse-riding is
a very good exercise. Formerly,
people travelled on horse-back.
They fought on horse back.
      The horse is man's friends.
It is clever. It Knows it's master.
